Teachers at Sun Moon Studio of Sedona are certified at the professional level and are independent practitioners. Each teacher brings their own unique style and years of experience. Our teachers offer a wide range of classes in a safe and peaceful setting.

Bagua Qigong
Mondays 8:45-9:45am
$25/class, $108 / month
Bagua Qigong is a practice that integrates circular yin-yang principles with internal energy cultivation.
This ancient practice strengthens the body’s energy channels to increase vitality and longevity. Participants can enhance their energy, cleanse, nourish, and harmonize their body, mind, and spirit through engaging movements. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable attire and be prepared to sweat.
Modern Dance Class
Beginner/Intermediate
Mondays 10-11am

All levels are welcome!!!
Dancers will focus on contractions, spirals, basic floor work, and elemental concepts of space, time, and force.
They will also build core strength and flexibility in a fun and encouraging environment.
Wear comfortable clothing and bare feet or socks.

Jazz Dance Class
Tuesdays 9-10am
$15
In many ways, jazz dance is similar to that of jazz music. Jazz dance often mirrors the sounds, rhythms, and techniques of this music. In this class we will visit classic jazz and Latin jazz styles. This class is for all levels.
Class begins with a warm-up using head, shoulders, arm, and hip isolations and progresses to fun rhythm steps and basic turns. Finalizing with a combination set to fun music and playful characterization.
Wear comfortable clothing and Jazz shoes or thick socks.

Afro-Caribbean Dance Class
Beginner/Intermediate
Wednesdays 10-11am
$15
All levels are welcome to this class! Afro Caribbean Dance class is also known as “Dunham technique”.
This class builds strength and power by infusing African Caribbean rhythmic style dance movements with other dance forms.
Enjoy percussion music while starting with a rhythmic warm-up, move to strength exercises at the barre, practice new steps in a procession across the floor and finish with a short invigorating dance combination .
Wear comfortable clothing, barefoot.

Adult Ballet Class:
Thursdays 9-10:15am
$20
Class consists of about an hour at the barre and 15 minutes in the center.
Some experience will be helpful to keep up but is not necessary and modifications will be offered in class. Taught by Jessica Phillips.
