Through intentional music selection and subtle sensorial elements, students can expect a full-spectrum practice that supports increased flexibility, strength and energy - while also cultivating confidence, gratitude, calm and inner clarity.

STRETCH w/ Wave
February Classes
10th, 12th, 17th & 19th
@ 11:00 am
Donation $5 - $25
STRETCH is a one-hour experience that invites us to slow down and step away from the pace of the outside world. Through gentle, luxurious, feel-good stretches guided by the breath and soothing music, the body unwinds and releases any tension or stress.
We begin to 'stop the time' which tends to lead to heightened senses of awareness. The session includes a restorative healing phase to support integration and overall well-being, and often concludes with intuitive movement—or, 'do your own creative thing'.
Inspired by mystical pragmatic techniques of the ancient paths that continue to this day, STRETCH is designed to increase balance, vitality, joy, radiance and creativity, For an enhanced practice, if you can, best to eat lightly two hours before the session.
Please bring an extra layer for warmth while lying down and a mat or towel to sit on. Beginners to advanced

Bagua Qi Gong, also known as Bagua Zhang or Eight Trigram Palm, is a form of Chinese martial arts that emphasizes circular movements and fluid transitions. It is rooted in the principles of Taoist philosophy and is often practiced for health, meditation, and self-defense. The practice involves walking in a circle while performing various postures and movements, which helps cultivate internal energy (qi) and promotes balance, flexibility, and coordination. The name “Bagua” refers to the eight trigrams of the I Ching, symbolizing the dynamic interplay of yin and yang, and the practice is often seen as a way to harmonize the body and mind with nature.
