Welcome to the Sun Moon Studio of Sedona. If you would like to host an Event, Workshop, or hold on-going Classes, please read the following information.
The studio space is 1,080 square feet with a bathroom, mirrors, and a small stage.
Sun Moon Studio aspires to offer a loving, healing, and nurturing community, where all aspects of the space are managed in high integrity and in alignment with our mission. We offer classes and events for the mind, body, and spirit.
The space is rented by the hour. All Teachers are independent practitioners and certified at the professional level. Each teacher brings their own unique style and experience.

Once a contract is signed, the deposit is paid and the On-Going Class/Special Event is scheduled, we will do a brief orientation with you at the studio.
On-Going Classes are $40+ an hour. (scheduled weekly and are ongoing) Special pricing may be available for local ongoing classes. Space Rental is due on the 1st of the month. After the 5th a $25 late fee will be placed on your account and you will be charged full price for Space Rental for that month.
Special Events are $50+ an hour. (once or twice a month) Payment is made through the Venmo Payment Portal. See footer of the website for Venmo link.
A Deposit of 50% is non-refundable and is required to add your On-Going Class or Special Event to the calendar. If your class or event is canceled, any monies paid will go towards rescheduling.

*For new classes without a following, ask us about our discounted rental costs to help you launch your class.
*Extended Weekend Workshops and Special Events are welcome with advance notice.
* We like to offer 30 minutes before and after each Special Event/Class to flip the room and shift the energy. This is a special accommodation per Sun Moon Management but doesn't always happen. If you want to secure time please let us know and we can add it to your rental fee.

Short bio & Headshot (if offering on-going classes)
Description - word copy or brief Class/ Event (date, time & cost)
Event link/ way to receive payment (Ex: FB, EventBrite / Venmo, Paypal)
We encourage you to post on our Facebook and Social Media pages about your offering and/or create an event from our page. Then you can share the post or event on the various local bulletin boards. We’ll need your Facebook name so we can give you editor permissions.
Marketing and Promotion:
We will promote your class or event by sharing in our e-blasts and giving you space to post your fliers at the Studio. (1 full-page flier to post and 1/2-page flyers to hand out)
If promotional help is requested, the Studio Manager Angela Jeanne Rose Heart can make you at $25 an hour.
We are happy to work with you to create a professional flyer, Event Link, and Facebook Event page as well. You would be responsible for printing costs.
We will promote your On-Going Class/ Special Event by adding it to our Schedule. We will also add it to our e-blasts. There is also space on our bulletin boards to post your fliers at the Studio. (1 full-page flier to post and ½ or ¼ page flyers to hand out.)
We market the classes and events for Sun Moon Studio only.
