Sun Moon Studio is home to many facilitators offering classes and private sessions. When you reserve time on the calendar, that time is held exclusively for you and is no longer available to others.

 

For this reason, we do not offer makeup time or credits due to illness, low attendance, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather, or similar circumstances.

 

We understand that life happens and we approach situations with care and consideration. Any concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All deposits are non refundable. Rescheduling may be available within one calendar year.  Generally, missed bookings are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.
